Section 28 of that Act (special provision as to market gardens) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after “market garden” there shall be inserted “ and was not comprised in a farm business tenancy. ”

In subsection (6), after “Scotland” there shall be inserted “ in subsection (1) of this section, the words “and was not comprised in a farm business tenancy” shall be omitted; and ”.
