6E+WIn section 19(4) of that Act (provisions as to covenants not to assign etc. without licence or consent), after βthe Agricultural Holdings Act 1986β there shall be inserted β which are leases in relation to which that Act applies, or to farm business tenancies within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 β.
