(a) paragraph 6 of Schedule 2, and

(b) paragraph 6 of Schedule 6,

to the Development of Rural Wales Act 1976, for “the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978” substitute “ the Employment Rights Act 1996 ”.
