Monetary limits in old cases E+W+S

8 E+W+SIn relation to any case in which (but for this Act) a limit lower than that set by Article 3 of the M1 Employment Protection (Increase of Limits) Order 1995 would have applied in accordance with Article 4 of that Order, this Act has effect as if it reproduced that lower limit.
