In section 47(2) (relief in cases of polygamous marriages)—
a
in paragraph (a), after “any” insert the words “divorce order, any separation order under the 1996 Act or any”; and
b
in paragraph (d), after “this Act” insert “or the 1996 Act” and for “such decree or order” substitute “a statement of marital breakdown or any such order or decree”.
