[F115[F2(1)A fair and accurate report of, or copy of or extract from, any adjudication, report, statement or notice issued by a body, officer or other person designated for the purposes of this paragraph—U.K.

[F3(a)for England and Wales, by order of the Lord Chancellor,]

(b)for Scotland, by order of the Secretary of State.

(c)for Northern Ireland, by order of the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland]

(2)[F5Subject to sub-paragraph (3),] An order under this paragraph shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

[F6(3)An order under sub-paragraph (1)(c) shall be made by statutory rule for the purposes of the Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 and subject to negative resolution within the meaning of section 41(6) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.]]
