The reference in section 94(2)(c) of this Act to an order under section 50 or 51 or 58(1) of this Act does not, by virtue of paragraph 1(3) above, include a reference to an order made before the commencement of this Act under section 2 of the [1946 c. 50.] Education Act 1946 or section 15(5) of the [1944 c. 31.] Education Act 1944.
