28 U.K. In section 1(2)(e) of the Estate Agents Act 1979, for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997, the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
