8(1)No person who is not a member of the Organisation shall be appointed to a committee or sub-committee of the Organisation unless the Secretary of State [F1, after consultation with the Scottish Ministers,] has consented to the appointment.U.K.
(2)Remuneration and allowances paid to members of committees and sub-committees of the Organisation who are not members of the Organisation shall be of such amounts as the Secretary of State may determine.
