SCHEDULE 9 U.K. Minor and Consequential Amendments

E1 The amendments in Sch. 9 have the same extent as the enactments to which they refer

Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1976 (c.25) U.K.

[F1 32 U.K.In section 53 of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1976 (police), in subsection (6), in the definition of “chief officer of police”, after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

“(aa)

in relation to a person appointed, or to an appointment falling to be made, under section 9(1)(b) of the Police Act 1997 (police members of the National Criminal Intelligence Service) means the Director General of the National Criminal Intelligence Service;”.]
