57In Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies), in paragraph 12 (local authority tenancies, etc.), in sub-paragraph (2)(g), after “1996” there shall be inserted “, the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service and the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad”.
