E1 The amendments in Sch. 9 have the same extent as the enactments to which they refer

Local Government Finance Act 1992 (c. 14) U.K.

66 U.K. In section 19 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (exclusion of Crown exemption in certain cases), in subsection (3), for “and” at the end of paragraph (c) there shall be substituted—

“(ca) the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service;

(cb) the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad;”.
