The model clauses (other than the model clause entitled “Right to search and bore for and get petroleum”) set out in Parts I and III of Schedule 2 to the M1Petroleum (Production) Regulations 1935 as amended by the M2Petroleum (Production) (Amendment) Regulations 1954 and the M3Petroleum (Production) (Amendment) Regulations 1957 (mining licences).
