Section 18 (additional special measures by local education authority) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), for “a county, voluntary or maintained special school” substitute “ a community, foundation or voluntary or community or foundation special school ”.

In subsection (2)(b), for “an aided or special agreement school” substitute “ a voluntary aided school ”.
