Part I Funding

Interpretation

In this Part of this Schedule—

  • “the 1996 Act” means the M1Education Act 1996;

  • “the appointed day”, in relation to any provision of this Schedule, means such day as may be appointed for the purposes of that provision by an order made by the Secretary of State.
