The Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (NI 10) N.I.

6 N.I. In Article 15 of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) there shall be substituted—

“(c) regulations relating to pensions under section 25 or 26 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998”.
