11 U.K. In section 174(3) of the Water Act 1989 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—

(a) omit paragraphs (d) and (e) (which refer to the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 and the Resale Prices Act 1976);

(b) after paragraph (l), insert—

“(ll) the Competition Act 1998”.
