68In section 33 of the [1994 c. 23.] Value Added Tax Act 1994 (refunds of VAT in certain cases) in subsection (3) (which specifies the bodies to which the section applies) in paragraph (f), the words “and the Receiver for the Metropolitan Police District” shall cease to have effect.
