Schedule 5 to the [1997 c. 50.] Police Act 1997 (levies issued by the NCS Service Authority) shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(6) (meaning of “police authority members”) paragraph (b) and the word “or” preceding it shall cease to have effect.

In each of the following provisions (persons to whom documents are to be sent)—
a
paragraph 2(4)(b),
b
paragraph 3(6)(b), and
c
paragraph 4(1)(c),
for “Receiver for the Metropolitan Police District” there shall be substituted “Metropolitan Police Authority”.
