Documents relating to police authorities etc
8(1)Section 32 shall be amended as follows.
(2)After subsection (2) there shall be inserted—
“(3)Any reference in this section to a police authority established under section 3 of the [1996 c. 16.] Police Act 1996 includes a reference to the Metropolitan Police Authority.”
