the reference in paragraph 17 to sections 21 and 22 of the M4Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 shall be taken as a reference to Articles 23 and 24 of the M5Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, and

references to “a Circuit judge” shall be taken as references to a F2Crown Court judge.
