14E+W+SIn section 1 of the Prisoners’ Earnings Act 1996 (power to make deductions and impose levies), in subsection (4), in paragraph (d) of the definition of “net weekly earnings”, for “maintenance assessment” there shall be substituted “ maintenance calculation ”.
