1.

These repeals (except the repeals in section 8(1) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999) have effect in relation to the tax year beginning with 6th April 2000 and subsequent tax years.

2.

The repeals in section 8(1) of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 have effect in accordance with section 76(7) of this Act.
