SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Applications and minor and consequential amendments

Part 1 U.K. Application of enactments

3 U.K. Section 30(6) and (7) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c. 43) (provision about the testing of seized goods) shall apply in relation to items seized under section 50 of this Act in reliance on the power of seizure conferred by section [F1 29(4)] of that Act as it applies in relation to items seized under section [F1 29(4)] of that Act.
