SCHEDULE 2 N.I. Judicial Appointments Commission

10 N.I. The validity of any proceedings of the Commission, or of any of its committees or their sub-committees, is not affected by—

(a) any vacancy amongst the members, or

(b) any defect in the appointment of a member.
