26In section 11 (non appearance of accused), in subsection (3), for “section 119 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “paragraph 8(2)(a) or (b) of Schedule 12 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003”.
