30E+W+SIn this Schedule “prescribed” means prescribed by the Secretary of State by regulations except that in paragraphs 2(e), 15(2)(a) and 16(2) it means, where the application in question is made to a licensing authority in Scotland, prescribed by the Scottish Ministers by regulations.
