19 U.K.In the Foreign Compensation Act 1969 in section 3 (determinations of the Foreign Compensation Commission and appeals against such determinations) for subsection (8) substitute—

“(8) No appeal shall lie to the Supreme Court from a decision of the Court of Appeal on an appeal under this section.”
