School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31) E+W

30 E+W In section 118 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (duty of LEA as respects availability of nursery education)—

(a) in subsection (1) after “a local education authority” insert “ in Wales ”, and

(b) in subsection (2)(b) for “the Secretary of State” substitute “ the National Assembly for Wales ”.
