3E+WIn section 312 (meaning of “special educational needs”), in subsection (2), after “or 15B” insert “ or section 507B ”.
4E+WIn section 508 (functions in respect of facilities for recreation etc.)—
(a)in subsections (1) and (1A), after “local education authority” insert “ in Wales ”, and
(b)in the heading, for “Functions” substitute “ [local authorities] in Wales: functions ”.
