SCHEDULE 8 U.K.Tribunals and Inquiries: consequential and other amendments

Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5) U.K.

59 U.K.In section 8 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (regional spatial strategy: examination in public), for subsection (7) substitute—

“(7) An examination in public—

(a) is a statutory inquiry for the purposes of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council), but

(b) is not a statutory inquiry for the purposes of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992.”
