15(1)The restriction imposed by section 24(1) of the Water Resources Act 1991 (c. 57) (restriction on abstraction of water) shall not apply in relation to the abstraction of water for the purposes of, or in connection with, the construction of the works authorised by this Act.U.K.
(2)In this paragraph, “abstraction” has the same meaning as in the Water Resources Act 1991.
