20U.K.Section 4 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (c. 67) (assessment of compensation in relation to a compulsory purchase where unnecessary things done with a view to obtaining compensation) shall have effect in relation to a compulsory purchase under this Act as if it were a compulsory purchase for the purposes of that Act.
