Extension of power to acquire new rightsU.K.
13(1)The Secretary of State may by order provide that section 6(1), so far as relating to acquisition by virtue of paragraph 6(1), shall be treated as also authorising acquisition by such person as may be specified in the order.U.K.
(2)The power to make an order under sub-paragraph (1) includes power to make an order varying or revoking any order previously made under that provision.
