63 E+W After section 90 insert—

“90ZA Regulations by Welsh Ministers under sections 89 to 90

In sections 89 to 90—

• “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Welsh Ministers;

• “regulations” means regulations made by the Welsh Ministers.”
