13 E+W+SIn Part 4 of Schedule 2 (the reserved regulatory functions of Pensions Regulator: functions under 2004 Act)—

(a) after paragraph 30 insert—

“30A The power to issue a direction under section 39A(6) to any person.”; and

(b) after paragraph 33 insert—

“33A The power to issue a direction under section 43A(3) to any person.”
