New functions for existing devolved expenditure committees

The functions of the committee established under paragraph 7(1)(a) of Schedule 4A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (c. 39) are to include exercising the functions of the Big Lottery Fund under this Act in relation to English expenditure.

The functions of the committee established under paragraph 7(1)(b) of that Schedule are to include exercising the functions of the Fund under this Act in relation to Welsh expenditure.

The functions of the committee established under paragraph 7(1)(c) of that Schedule are to include exercising the functions of the Fund under this Act in relation to Scottish expenditure.

The functions of the committee established under paragraph 7(1)(d) of that Schedule are to include exercising the functions of the Fund under this Act in relation to Northern Ireland expenditure.
