Child Support Act 1991 (c. 48) E+W+S

32 (1) Section 29 (collection of child support maintenance) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” (in both places where it occurs) substitute “ Commission ”;

(b) in paragraph (b), for “him” substitute “ it ”.

(3) In subsection (3), for “Secretary of State” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ Commission ”.
