Payment of penalty into Consolidated Fund

The IPSA must pay into the Consolidated Fund—
a
the amount of any penalty paid to the IPSA, and
b
where the IPSA makes a deduction under paragraph 12(3), an amount corresponding to the amount of the deduction.
