ZA8 General provision about directions under Chapters ZA1 and A1 E+W+S

(1) This section applies to a direction given to the [F3 Institute] by the Secretary of State under this Chapter or Chapter A1.

(2) The [F3 Institute] must comply with the direction.

(3) The direction must be in writing.]
