ZA8General provision about directions under Chapters ZA1 and A1E+W+S
(1)This section applies to a direction given to the [F2Institute] by the Secretary of State under this Chapter or Chapter A1.
(2)The [F2Institute] must comply with the direction.
(3)The direction must be in writing.]
