58U.K.After section 1(4)(b) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981 (exclusions to offence of attempting to commit an offence) insert—
“(ba)an offence under section 2(1) of the Suicide Act 1961 (c. 60) (encouraging or assisting suicide);”.
