36E+WAfter section 22B insert—
The undertaker must pay to [F1the appropriate agency] the amount of expenses reasonably incurred by the Agency in connection with the consultation of an engineer under—
(a)section 8(3B),
(b)section 9(8),
(c)section 10(8), and
(d)section 14(5).”
