General provisions relating to evidence E+W

10 (1) No person may be compelled to give evidence under paragraph 6, 7 or 8 which the person could not be compelled to give in civil proceedings in the High Court. E+W

(2) A notice under paragraph 6, 7 or 8 may be given on the [F1 CMA's behalf by a member of the group constituted for the purpose of carrying out functions of the CMA with respect to the reference to which the notice relates].
