34 Abolition of Primary Care Trusts E+W

(1) The Primary Care Trusts continued in existence or established under section 18 of the National Health Service Act 2006 are abolished.

(2) Chapter 2 of Part 2 of that Act (Primary Care Trusts) is repealed.
