58 (1) Section 18 (offences: companies etc.) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit “, 10, 11, 23, 27”, and

(b) omit “or Schedule 6”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) omit “, 10, 11, 23, 27”, and

(b) omit “or Schedule 6”.
