102 (1) Section 60 (special intervention notices under section 59) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4)—

(a) in paragraph (a), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”, and

(b) for “Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”.
