(2) In subsection (1), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.

(3) In subsections (2) and (3), for “OFT’s” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “CMA’s”.

(4) In subsection (4), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.

(5) In the heading, for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.
