Section 22E of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 (application of Act to registered societies) is amended as follows.

For subsection (1) substitute—

In this section “registered society” has the same meaning as in the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (“the 2014 Act”).
