12 E+W+SIn section 73 (overlapping benefits - general)—

(a) in subsection (1), after “adjusting” insert “ state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014 or ”;

(b) in subsection (4), before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
